CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date, in which case the amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded. Otherwise, the customer will lose the right to receive a refund of the amount paid at the time of the reservation.
 
For reservations made less than 14 days in advance, a 24-hour cancellation period will be granted from the moment the reservation is made. After this period, no refund will be issued.

PAYMENT DETAILS
Currently, we only offer “Bank Transfer” as a payment method. You must transfer the corresponding amount, referencing your reservation number in the subject of the bank transfer once the reservation is confirmed.
 
Additionally, a deposit of €250 must be paid as stated in our terms and conditions. This amount will be refunded after your departure, provided the accommodation is in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.
 
If the deposit is not paid, your reservation will be cancelled and the dates will be released again.
